The Service functions by accepting an Instagram post URL from the User, processing the URL through our backend servers to extract the media content from Instagram's publicly accessible servers, and providing the User with a direct download link to the media file. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue. We do not require User registration, login credentials, or any personal information to use the basic download functionality. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. User Responsibilities
